i keep getting pain from my tip and skin is wrinkling and theirs marks 
Hey if haven’t had this looked at I’d strongly suggest you should go to the doctor. can you also add more information. did you have an unprotected encounter?
Can you get a Doctor to check this for you? The top picture looks concerning! Any Medical professional would want to know how long this has looked as it is now - the wrinkling is likely to be a separate issue and may be linked to you using regular soap and shower gel for cleaning the head of your penis.
Get it checked sooner, rather than later …
