I've been having these red spots on my pens for probably over a month, every time i had sex i would use protection but with oral sex not.
I've also been feeling uncomfortable on my abdomen area, i have some headaches and sometimes once in a while some soreness on my genitals.
I may know what i have already but i want to be sure not to stress myself before getting an actual diagnosis
i dont see any red dots if you are referring to the white spots just underneath the head those are normal VP. it looks normal if your having pain it would be wise to get checked by a urologist.
Moisturise your penis with coconut oil or shea butter.
Maybe dryness is the reason behind the redness ( not very visible though).
