hey i have this discomfort when i pee and itchy feelin in my penis and a little burn you can say but not painful just discomfort. i am not used to feeling like this and i dont know what to do. i dont know if its because i jack off alot but when i look up symtoms and says "urethritis" and i check today and my tip looks weird heres a picture
