ive been having this rash on my glans and foreskin for the last 7 to 8 months at least, sometimes its better and sometimes worse, but its never really 100% healed before it comes back, its been pretty persistant these months, it sometimes worse on the glans and better on the foreskin and viceversa, they aren not itchy, just a slight burning sensation sometimes, ive already tried some treatments, tried a clotrimazole cream for 3 weeks, tried hidrocortisone 0.5% for a couple of week as well, sometimes it feels like the treatment kinda work for a few days but it keeps coming back, i stopped using soap, or any cleaning product on that area besides like warm water, but it doesnt really work, also tried keep my foreskin pulled back for as long as i could but that doesnt help, it just wont heal entirely and comes back again, its been messing with my self esteem alot, already got a dermatologist appointment for next month.
heres a few pics of the rash, keep in mind these are at different times, and that the rash can appear one morning and be almost normal the next day already.
