so i have this issue on my penis where theres alot of bumps (ive never done anything sexual so it cant be an STD) theres no pain or discomfort but it just looks bad and i dont like how it looks. im 18 now but have had this since atleast 7th grade. ive attached some pictures if anyone would care to look. please help me!

Hi they could be fordyce spots but I think I’d get it checked out with your doctor anyway. Also Just wondering if you can retract your foreskin ok I thought it might be a little tight looking.

Yeah it is a little tight but i have been working on stretching it out more, but might just get circumcised and be done with all that

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. can you retract when you are flaccid and clean underneath the foreskin that is important. The spot’s you have do they go further down the shaft to near the bottom of it?
I’d definitely see you doctor about this you can ask about both of the problems an go forward from there it’s important for your own self-esteem so don’t leave it get it sorted :+1:t3:

no the spots are only around the head over the foreskin and i can retract it all the way when its flaccid but its a little tight and i dont want it to get stuck so i dont try to keep it retracted for long. would you say getting circumcised would be a good idea to get rid of all these problems? or would they comeback if i get circumcised

Well getting circumcised is a big decision and only you can decide that! you have to way up your options I think you should speak with your GP about everything.
It’s good you can retract your foreskin when flaccid that is important for cleaning I understand you don’t want to get paraphimosis. if the spots are fordyce spots they won’t go away they can come and go a bit at times now saying that if they are just on the end of the foreskin having a circumcision wound remove them but they might not be fordyce spots that’s why you should have it checked! Don’t be embarrassed about asking your doctor we all need help some times even if it’s awkward subject :+1:t3:
