I’ve been worried since I noticed this little bumps on penis head

Hi,im 29 year old indian guy im circumcised and im single but do have sexual intercourse regularly,just noticed small white painless very small 2/3 bumps on lower left of my penis head,don’t feel no pain even if i press against them can anyone help me please what r those?i hope they r not hpv or HIV virus

To upload photos:

Some phones can upload (you have to use desktop mode), but others don't. The scenery icon is the one you need (but the icons don't appear on either of my phones or tablets). 

Alternatively:

First transfer the photos to a computer. In the computer browser, log in to Patient.info and hit reply in this thread. Click on the 4th icon on the right above the reply box and you can upload photos from there.

Hey Buddy.  you may have either Pearly Papules or Fordycee Spots.Look them up and see if they look like that.  They are not sexual transmitted Good luck  Ken
