could someone please tell me if they know what this is?
they could be fordyce spots but im not sure, they dont hurt or itch and theyve been there for as long as i can remember
and theyre only visible when i stretch the skin out

it looks like mycosis aspect, especially Candida Albincans which appears in mucous part. comes from imbalanced immune system. of course we just suppose you should see a doctor for best diagnostic
they are not warts thats normal
its an over production of oil fordyce hence why its only visable ehen the skin is stretched in other cases they can show up without the skin being stretched
