I've damaged my knee ligaments but trying to lose weight, what exercises can I do?

I’m currently on crutches and have a biggish knee brace on after rupturing my ACL ligament and damaging one of my cruciate ligaments..
Obviously I can’t do much I.e hiking and biking however I’m trying to keep fit and lose weight.

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on exercises I can do that won’t irratate my knee.

Also obviously with the current situation the gym is close.

I think you could try lots of walking.
