I'm Sarah I'm 24 years old

And after being on a period for two years and 2 months I had my hysterectomy 2 days ago

And I feel amazing!!!!! I'm sore and swollen but the amount of relief I have is great it's been a very long and painful process to get to this and I can't say how much I appreciate all the help and advice I have had from here .

It's a massive weight lifted off my shoulders

I have had my womb tubes and cervix taken out with the Di Vinci robot surgery my ovaries have been left In and after 2 days I am already able to do small walks shower get myself dressed and most of all I went in my operation on my period and have not bled at all since

I have my life back !!!!!!!! And I'm free from periods !!!!!!!

Congratulations hope you feel better soon had mine last Nov and glad I did as I had irregular bleeding from menopause though I'm older than you

Good for you. I'm glad you are happy with the results. That's a lotfor someone so young but you sound great.!
