Over the past couple months about ten plus spots have appeared on the base of my penis and in other spots around the private parts. They are kinda hard like there is a solid inside of them, and there is no pus at all. When I tried to pop one assuming it might be a pimple that only irritated i.t and it became red. Then I thought the best course of action was to perform my own surgery on them to see what the solid was. Upon sterilizing the spot and my equipment I was able to remove the solid from the spot. It was not completely solid but was indeed a small mass and was kinda grey in tone. The spot was then sterilized and bandaged But the main thing I learned were the characteristics of the spot. If anyone has any idea what these add up to that would be of great help. The best guess I have is Molluscum Contagiosum, but I am not ruling out anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
