ive had anxiety and agrophbia for ten years and am up and down like a yo yo

I'm 30 years old was in a abusive relationship had 3 children my two oldest are just a year apart it was with my 2nd child my depression and anxiety started I now have been out of that relationship for 5 years and now am married and happy but still left with anxiety and acrophobia I want a better like for me and my family any one got any strategies' they use that could help me please would be most great full and at the same time il try help you also you should know I'm already on estialopram 20mg once a day and can get out now and again but not far plus I've had cbt and counselling though the years.

Have you tried Breathing  Techniques, they can be found on site and they can help you control your fears.

Have you tried meditation? It has been very helpful for me in calming my thoughts and my racing thoughts.  It isn't a permanent fix but it's a start in controlling your thoughts about fears and worries. I meditate twice a day and currently seeing a therapist.  I'm hoping the combination of the two will help me ignore my anxiety and help my appetite come back.
