Ive had headaches and feeling dizzy for about 4 weeks now

I’ve had headaches and feeling dizzy, always thinking something is wrong,

Every time I move a leg I get a bit dizzy been to doctor 6 times told me all is perfect, went to a&e twice, said the same, I’m having a scan in 2 weeks just to reassure me that it’s all good. Now past few days I started hearing my pulse and feeling it in my chest, what can it be? I’m going insane

Get your your scan and stop worrying regards palpitations, this sounds like Anxiety.

You mention Are you going insane, I ask myself the same question. Sometimes I feel most of the population considers the same question as well.

Personally I also ask myself what is normal, if I consider any answers to these questions it does my head in

Thanks for reply, but then I get left chest pain, and I can hear my pulse in my ear and chest etc, are these all anxiety?
