I started seeing issues in 2014 red spots started showing up more and more untill it was my whole body. they gave me pink oval pills for yeast infections or somthing idk and it kept coming and going and moving to diffeent spots. im just not sure what it but am starting to think its just nutrient deficienty or something.

However, the more serious problem you have is a persistent fungal infection that is not just present on your penis - and if this is also effecting different parts of the body you need to see a Medical Specialist to get this sorted as soon as possible.
Please believe me, these circumstances are very unusual and you need the right kinds of medical expertise to begin to address this CORRECTLY as the treatment you have previously taken was very inadequate at dealing with what you have. So, please answer these:
What age are you? In what country do you live? Have you seen any Medical Speciaslists such as a Dermatologist? If so, how long ago was that?
If you do nothing else, you MUST seek medical help for this, either go to your Family / Regular Doctor / GP - or better still, go to a Walk-In Sexual Health Center and ask to see a Dermatologist or Urologist …
