Ive had these dark spots on my penis for a while now i have researched and have no idea what it could be. Is it hyperpigmenation? Penile cancer ? and i have one wart like thing on my right side of my sack but its just on the skin like a mole or skin tag i have no clue what i have can anyone tell me?
