i started getting a weird red spot on my penis head around 3 months ago and then just after that followed a rash which almost looks like its under my skin i dont feel anything from the rash but the spot sometimes feels really weird like a tingling kind of pain its weird though because sometimes it looks like its going and then other times it looks really bad. PLZ SOMEONE HELP !

I’m pretty sure it’s not an STD. Clearly, it’s a skin condition but not your run-of-the-mill balanitis given its atypical appearance- there are some tiny blood spots, possibly telangiectasias and also patches of hypopigmentation.
Time to get see a dermatologist; if not, then try re-posting this on the Dermatology forum.
