I’ve had these white dots for ages and now that red lump has appeared on my nuts is it herpes?

honestly I think it’s fordyce spots look it up but I don’t know what the other bump is

it could be but if so you need antibiotics does it itch

no it doesnt itch and it doesnt hurt either im currently taking doxycycline for my acne could that be the cause?

these are the white rashes incase it could have something to do with the bump

just to clarify the bump doesnt itch but the what i think is ‘jock itch’ does. I also believe i recived the vaccine for herpes etc a couple years ago so I dont think the bump is herpes
