Every few months the skin from my penis head peels of in an unusual manner. And quite often my penis is itchy all around. Ive tried methods as to stop using soap, and i now apply emoillent cream and eczema cream aswell, i also tried going towards cold showers aswell. However my scars/marks still remain, although I feel it is somewhat fading because of my methods (possible placebo affect), these marks have been here for years. What are they, can i remove them?
Someone please reply asap. I need a diagnosis to prevent this.
