Nick, never apply lots of pressure to this to try to get rid of it. Unfortunately there are several things it could be: the least likely is that this is simply the way the internals of your penis have developed, most likely it is a cyst of some kind - while these are quite harmless, it can often take a great deal of time to heal and dissapear. As I initially said, make sure you do not apply pressure to the area as this may aggravate any potential cyst, and it will most likely grow larger.
