Ive had this red circle from 2-3 weeks

I didn't even notice this thing until it started itching like 2 weeks ago, also this thing doesn't pain at all and doesn't itch all the time too. So I just wanted to know what this thing is and if it is dangerous or not

That is ringworm. Pick up Lotrimin from the store (over the counter) and put it on as directed.

a deer tick bite can give you that kind of reaction too , on your back.
