I’ve had this thing on my penis for awhile, and I am not sure what it is

(I am fifteen years old, and haven't had an sexual activity). It is not itchy, or burning, but I am somewhat worried about it. Also, I have psoriasis on my elbows, so it could that be related? Anyone know what this is?

I think you may be correct. I take it you are NOT circumcised?
It certainly looks like a patch of psoriatic balanitis and if it is, it would respond to a mild steroid cream like 1% hydrocortisone. If you don’t have this, apply a moisturiser like Aveeno, E45 or Diprobase.

Yes, I am uncircumcised and I will try a moisturiser.
