its hard to the touch and doesn’t hurt only can really see it too if i spread the skin. I feel like its been there for a little though and doesn’t seem to be going away. could it be a cyst or something

thanks for your feedback is it normal for them to grow in size like the one in the picture? I feel like its unusually bigger then normal.
