I know when to stop drinking now as I am getting older and my head suffers to many headaches if I go over my limit.
Suck a Fishermans Friend as you drink it makes a toxic, safe taste. It worked for me many years ago

Not sure what you mean bob ,, does it make your drink taste so bad you don't want it ??
It seemed to effect the taste of the drink, I used to take them when giving up smoking and they did work there as well
Mind that was about forty years ago.
