I've this white-yellowish tongue even after brushing or scrapping. I brush twice, i use mouthwash and i also brush my tongue but these spots won't go off. It's like my tongue is originally yellow not red. I am worried is it some bacterial infection? I've attached an image with this post (Warning - Graphic Image).
As you can see, these yellow spots are all over my tongue. At the back these spots are more dense, also got red bumps around there. Any suggestions?
Have you seen a doctor recently for this issue?
You said you've had it for years now. I'm assuming you have had doctors appointments at some point during the years or dentist? If so they would have noticed anything that seemed off. Your white tongue looks similar to mine and I've been dealing with health anxiety the past few months. Maybe you are having stress can that make your tongue white?
Also, the red bumps at the base of your tongue are normal. Everyone has those.
