I get depressed when The Daylight hours get less in the winter

The Winter season is 3-4 months here in Canada Any feedback, suggestions and advice appreciated

2. Take great care of yourself. Get enough rest, eat well, and exercise frequently.

3. Connect with family and companions when times get hard.

4. Get standard medicinal checkups, and see your supplier on the off chance that you don't feel right.

5. Get help on the off chance that you believe you're discouraged. On the off chance that you pause, it could deteriorate.

Hi Ally you are probably suffering from SAD seasonal depressive disorder. I have it too. You should order a light box (there are many choices) from Amazon. They recommend you use it at least 1/2 hour per day. They come in many price ranges. Try it. I have one and I have to admit it helps.
