there isnt really pain, they itch occasionally and havent spread since ive been monitoring them. (sorry pictures may be graphic)
looks like vestibular papillomatosis. Completely normal benign bumps. i have had a few for years. Men get them too around the head of the penis, called pearly papules. No need to treat.
so i shouldnt be worried?
If they are not changing or causing you any discomfort then i wouldn’t worry. Having said that i am not a medical dr so if you are worried it is always best to get it checked by a gynaechologist.
