I’ve notice these bubble like bumps on my Vag , What could this be !?

I don't know what this is They are not irritating, does not itch or painful they are just there . I'm not sexually active never had sex before in my life . I do have some white discharge with a slight smell but nothing too extreme has anyone Experienced this before? do they go away? is this something that I need to worry about?

Hi the bumps you have are VP ( Vestibular Papillomatosis ) it is not an STD and is totally normal. They do not cause any discomfort as you already know.
