i have seen these bumps on my penis for a few weeks now and they do not itch. I only have discomfort peeing when i masturbate a good bit throughout the day. i did clean my penis a lot with body wash but now i go with just warm water on the tip. i found out my wife was sleeping with another man so my concern is i got something from her. does this look like anything i should be concerned about or should i just get some cream to fix it? any feedback would help

Certainly the bumps towards the top end of the head / glans may actually be naturally present, and these are most likely to be Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) so, I am also wondering what age you are … ?
Some sensation of pain following ejaculation is normal, particularly if you urinate soon after ejaculation - so if there is no pain on days when you do not masturbate that is fine …
