I am sure this is not Fordyce spots. You need to see your doctor or go to an STI clinic for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

I agree with jason, there are two large flat warts in the upper third of both labia. Looks like they’ve been there for some time. Please see your doctor for treatment and get checked for other STDs.
If you smoke, stop now.
