Hi Ann

I will leave the writing to you, as you are tops on research, I will just look wacky on the screen and be supportive when you need motivation to get walking.

You could do 1 hour on the computer, then half an hour walk, with 5 stair cases, then back to computer etc.  I think that would work great and probably you will find you have more energy for your research as exercise helps the brain cells.

Hee! hee! I look forward to hearing your progress, keep at it!

Oh Sharon I have been creased up thinking about you running with it all trailing behind you!  Sorry my sick sense of humour!  Your poor daughter probably was always on the 'lookout!'  Amazing that it it supposed to happen to 1 in 3 of us ladies and I had never heard of it before it happened to me.  My poor husband was even more frightened than I was!

I think it is absolutely brilliant that you run even with your arthritis, which must give you extreme pain at times.  Doesn't it give you quite a buzz when you are exercising nothing like it at all!  I hope your daughter is back running with you now.

I hope I get the all clear this afternoon to start my Zumba, I have missed it, but I shall keep my flights of stairs in my programme because I seem to have become even fitter doing them.

Happy running Sharon, you are a credit to all of us.

Hi Teresa

Thank you for your good wishes.  Glad you enjoy my little wacky comments, never quite sure if I have gone too far, it is just that I have a very silly sense of humour, and having come through this three year journey, I am starting to see the funny sides of the human body!   I have taken your advice and have a lovely treat waiting for when I return.

I am hoping I get permission to pick up Rosie, and can Zumba, if so I shall be flying around the living room with Rosie in my arms!  That is after I have kissed and hugged Mr El Ghorori for piecing me back together again. Not sure how hubby will take that! Gosh the things that go wrong with womens bodies!  Still we are all getting through it so haven't we all done well.

Hi Jacqui, just thought I'd let you know I am doing great nurses coming out each day to change my dressing I have some leakage but the cut is clean and really neat, had no pain only slight discomfort if I stand to long but its early days.the district nurse was annoyed that I was discharged with no dressings and has put a complaint of poor discharge into the hospital . Did you have any leaking and if so how long did it last......sue

Hi Sue

So glad the nurses are looking after your interests, they do a superb job don't they?  It sounds like you are doing very well, keep up the good work.  I didn't have any leakage but everyone is different.

It is smashing that you have no real pain.  How long will you have the nurses visiting you?
