I just got home from a three month study abroad trip in the UK. While I was there I got pretty sick a few times and I also started having these weird head sensations like warmth radiating over my head and sometimes my neck. It’s not painful it just feels hot. I’ve been to doctor after doctor and no one can find anything wrong with me. One doctor said to see a neurologist though. Since I’ve been home I’ve been having more weird sensation like tingles all over the body, off balance feelings, the warm sensation is just on the right side on the back of my head now. I’m gonna try to see a neurologist as soon as possible but I have really bad health anxiety and am worried that something dangerous is happening. As a hypochondriac I’ve considered ALS, MS or a brain tumor. It could also just be anxiety? Idk what do you all think?
Anxiety is often confused with those conditions. Google is never our friend when we have health anxiety (hypochondria). I have times when I have tingling or where my legs feel hot (usually at night)... random pains or zaps. Sometimes when I google conditions I find myself having those symptoms or pains the next day, I never had before. What we do by googling is load our brain with knowledge of these symptoms and give it ammunition to send signals to these areas and make our brain hyper aware of those regions. Our anxiety filled brain tricks us into thinking there’s problems in areas there may not be problems. If your doctor has cleared you then you’re probably safe. If you need more peace of mind continue to get the all clear for your specific fears. I’m not a medical professional but those things can definitely be from anxiety, in my experience.
I have warmth sensations as well. I saw a neurologist and he doesn't think anything serious is happening but he is ordering an MRI. I have horrible anxiety and hypochondria is creeping up on me as well. Good idea to check with a doctor just in case. Could be a number of different things less serious than a tumor.

I do not know your age.
I would advise you talk to your GP in your home country and make sure you are ok. You mention health anxiety and it does sound that could be the case. Try to relax over the Christmas period an appointment in yor home country sounds a very good idea and they can also put your mind to rest
Personally the chances of having something dangerous will be rare although that will not really help with your worrys. You need those appointments
Merry Christmas
