jiggling feeling in upper left abdomen

When I am going up steps lately I feel like something is jiggling around in my upper left abdomen, not like splashing but like its moving around... I guess its around where the stomach is located? If I put my hand on it I can feel what feels like gurgling, can't feel it without putting light pressure on it though.

I think I have either gastritis or a stomach ulcer right now (because of too much NSAID use) could this be exasterbaing the issue?

Is this just liquids in the stomach moving around? I seem to notice this the most after eating... the rest of the day dont really notice it much, and never noticed it before until I started having stomach issues last month.

Seems more like IBS like symptom that can happen with imbalance of good bacteria in the body. 

Try a probiotic drink.

I have the same thing but on the right side feels like a air bubble inside the skin moving around i dont know if gastritis can cause this or watever it is also causes abdominal pain

do you feel dizzy too ?

no, just end up with bloated feeling

Ask you GP to get a liver panel test done.

turns out I did have one done, they did a complete metabolic profile on me at my last set of tests and AST / ALT... all within normal range
