Jumpy heart

im here again and need some assurance, had the whole trip, 5 days in hospital, ekg, heart monitor, heart echo test,, stress test and loporoscopy, (spelling off), all test came back negative, now for about 2 weeks i have this flip flop feeling of heart, no pains just a feeling of dropping of heart, skip beat and that making me netvous and anxious, anybody have the same periods of going through this, feels constant but i sleep just fine, im on 7mg zopivane, epitec 200 and have ativan,

Pretty sure after all that its anxiety. Of course as a disclaimer,I am no doctor. That being said,I have had the skipped beats when I’m stressed,if I don’t let it go and acknowledge its nothing to worry about and its my nerves I will continued to get them and they don’t stop til I quit focusing on it,fear in my case does it. Try and assure yourself that with all those tests plus the hospital stay everything is okay. All I had was an EKG and a doctors visit and I was okay. I still have episodes now and then, I am on anxiety meds,if it gets bad I take my prescribed med and it usually will stop. If none of the pulls you mentioned are for anxiety, you might want to ask for a prescription to see if it helps, good luck,I know it can be very scary, but you have had a lot of tests and I bet you are fine.

this happens to me a lot.. and like you have had TONS of testing done and doesn’t help my anxiety. it’s almost as if a butterfly is fluttering in my throat or my heart stops and then continues on.. when it was happening a lot, I went to ER as I was feeling tired as well.. turned out my potassium was low and causes heart palpitations! I found that drinking orange juice.. or an liquid VERY fast (chugging) made those stop. Also, some orange juices are LOADED with potassium as I dont care for Bananas much.. this was a great alternative. why not try it and see if it helps. you can also bare down like you are trying to poop and this helps your heart slow down.. and can stop those pesky palpitations. I hope you feel better soon. if it was anything to do with your heart that was going to cause harmful events to take place in your life.. they would have seen that! Try not to panic!!

from experience i suggest 800 mg of MAGNESIUM OXIDE daily it really helps me

thank you guys, most of the tabs are for anxiety, i will try one of the options, magnesium, orange juice and drinking water very fast, something might help, really appreciate your time and effort

I’ve read magnesium helps

l also have those feelings in my chest. it feels like I have tachycardia and AFib and I have had all the tests done in the world and they have all come back normal except for they did grab PVCs and pacs. it is very hard to believe that anxiety can cause all of these feelings!!
