Just been diagnosed with pcos, any advice?

Hey! Just been diagnosed with pcos at the age of 16, any advice? Should I be worried? What can I do to lessen the pain

My name is Cat. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 5 or 6 years ago now. Everyone is different when it comes to symptoms and complications that come with the condition. What kind of symptoms do you have at the moment?

As for the pain it's best to ask you doctor for some pain relief if standard paracetamol and anti-inflamatory drugs don't work. I found that pain killers I bought over the counter were never strong enough to help my pain. The doctor shoulld be able to give you something designed especially for cramping.
