Went to hospital to have over 2 litres of liquid drained off the outside of my left lung, after having a camera put through the chest wall they took byopsys off my chest wall, they seem convinced I have cancer ,I think in the chest wall, I am worried to death as they say they have to find what cancer it is.
I am 78, do you think they may be able to do anything ?
You will find out what can they do for you, but there si always something they can do for you. Also, whe you are older teh cancer is ususally slower.

yes they will do something, exactly what depends on the type of cancer and its stage/grade (how advanced it is). once they have the pathology back they will let you know the results and an oncologist will talk you through your treatment options
