Mennieres is different in each individual. Why did they diagnose mennieres what are you dealing with

I was diagnosed a few month ago with MD, but have had tinnitus and loss of hearing for over 5 years.  The dizzyness drives me mad and is depressing. I feel weired all the time.  I am on medication, which you can get from your doctor there are also exercises you can do, which may help. Please see Balance Retaining Excersies by professor Lucy Yardley. Also I have cut down on my salt in-take which seems to have helped. Stay possitive I know its hard but you have to. Take Care
