Kagal Exercise Help!

Hello all you beauties I hope you are all managing to get through this rather strange global event. I am needing your help. I have come to realise I must get my pelvic floor exercises up and running! Can any of you give me your advice on which kind of Kagal exercise pieces have worked the best for you. I live in the U.K. so it would be great if i could buy the exercise pieces here. Obviously I am starting for a poor place.... Thank you so much Stay safe stay healthy

I went to pelvic floor PT.. its really all in how you do your kegels, I had no idea i was doing them wrong lol. When you’re contracting don’t do it all at once contract like you’re in a elevator going up one floor at a time until you’ve reached full contraction. Hold it for a few seconds and release the same way. If you need guidance insert your finger so you can feel the contractions. Lay on the floor with knees bent and contract your lower abs while doing the kegels also. Google kegel and pelvic floor exercises, theres tons out there. I bought a kegel exerciser also and find that it helps because it vibrates when you should contract and release, it stores your strength and lengthens your contraction times as they get stronger. If you’d like the name of it message me and I’ll give you the name as I don’t think the admins will allow me to post it. But really you don’t need any equipment to strengthen your muscles.. I do mine about 20 min in the morning and then when I’m being a couch potato at night I sit on the couch and do them off and on all evening. You may feel some fatigue down there when you start but dont give up! My leakage has all but stopped unless my bladder is bursting lol

I forgot to add the most important part.. do not use your butt muscles during contraction! It’s a skill to learn but once you figure it out that’s when the kegels are the most effective!
