I'm new to this site, it was recommended by my doctor. He suggested I sign up to trial Kalms and use it for a week and let him know how I get on with it. Trouble is I cant find the website to sign up for the trial. Does anyone know where this is or what it is? Thanks

hi, I tried kalms just after Xmas for 3 days you buy them in any supermarket or chemist . it did seem to help relax me a little. while I waited for my drs appointment. this group is great, I don’t tend to post much but seeing other people with the same symptoms and worries has helped my anxiety alot. . as I know I’m not alone in how I’m feeling.
