My team wa nt to check my general health my gp keeps a good check on that I don't want them telling me about diet and things and taking lood samples they would do better to keep a proper check on my mental health. Can I refuse will they stop my med because of it I'm fuming this comes on top of 8 day relapse where I didn't bother them I tried to take my own life yesterday the team haven't even rung me back let alone come out and it's nearly 5 hours ago I rang them
under NHS regulations , unless you are sectioned, you cannot be forced to undergo any
treatment you do not want. They cant dis you because of your decision either. if they try
to stop meds that are important to your daily health, i believe you could take further action.
If you are sectioned then i think they could do these tests as they would quote your mental
