Bilateral nephrolithiasis means to have stones in both kidneys. I had stones in 2006. My stones returned in 2016 and after several surgeries, and passing too many stones to count, they keep coming back. So yes, I'm a stoner 
I pass stones at least once a week. Different types of stones, shapes & sizes. Very Strange Indeed. LOL You must keep a sense of Humor. I take an Herb daily, it is called Chanca Piedra and drink 3 parts Cranberry juice with 1 part Lemon Juice. Heating pad is a comfort.
Heya, have you had any stones analysed??? Mine are the most common, and the only thing I can do is drink plenty of fluids, especially water. Do you get much pain when passing your stones???

Thanks for the info. I had a double blockage end of january and still have 3 stones, a 7mm in one kidney and two unknown sizes in the other ...
