Kids sexual issue

Hello My son is 12 years old but still his penis not growing but his health is normal, can any one suggest the possible reason ? Thanks

is he fat?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, but not too much fat.

Obesity is a big factor. Control him at an early age.

what you suggest ? do you know any good exercise ?

Hi,

The best approach to your concern is to test his hormone levels.

One good evidence of hormone activity is the teenage voice change, pubic, facial hair and an increase in muscle tone.

Obesity is a factor, but he needs to be weighted, and compare his age and height with if current weight to determine obesity. If he is diagnosed with obesity, than the next step is to assess his hormones, such as thyroid hormones. Once all of this is cleared out, depending on the results THEN a choice is taken, if its hormonal, than he will be treated for such, if its a nutritional problem, then diet + excercise will be the trick, being the DIET THE MOST IMPORTANT.

Hugs!!

I really appreciate you, we will try to sort out as you suggested. thanks
