Kind of concerned

So i workout alot and i haven't been sexually active for about 9 months now(used a condom)and all safety pre-cautions and i asked my partner about her health as well.. but i notice this bump on the side of my inner thigh. at first i thought it was a herpes scare but im pretty sure its a boil. went and got some test. and got negative for all of them. the only one i haven't done was the swab test but im planning for that in the future.

looks like possible ingrown hairs or small heat like pimples to me. i get pimples down on my inner thighs often partially because they touch a lot. doesn’t look too concerning to me. if they dont hurt maybe try to exfoliate the area and treat the spots with acne type washes
