I was just reading your post before you went to have your biopsies and wonder how you are and if you are keeping to your daily maintenance. Hope to hear from you and hope you are coping well!

Have had oral ulcers etc for about 40 years. Diagnosed with Oral Lichen Planus two years ago.  Was delighted to see this forum but is it active?

O yes, Marlene this forum is active.  Many good people here, who try to be of help or give support.

I have Oral Lichen Planus too.  Other than reducing on toothpaste and use baking soda instead for cleaning the teeth I haven't done anything else.  Since I've been doing this - cleaning teeth mainly with baking soda, the Lichen Planus is less. As my dentist witnessed.  

Also, I have to avoid spicy food.  Absolute no, no.  The Lichen Planus will let you know you've done the wrong thing.  

Perhaps you can tell me about what helps to keep your Lichen Planus under control.
