I have a one year old total knee replacement. The alignment is off quite a bit. At PT a month ago, I was told my left leg/knee is at 14% alignment. I also have a “shelf” thing goi g on with my new knee. My knee goes in now and never did before. Now my hip has become very painful. Any ideas?

That is very upsetting to know someone could go through the pain of a TKR and your alignment be off. I hope you can get some relief soon. That is awful. I'm getting me a brace for my other knee. My hamstring and muscles behind my knee and foot have been badly damaged by this surgery. I couldn't do it again.
I am very disappointedly. I don’t Want to walked crippled though. I see the
“new “ surgeon Wednesday. My legs started moving during surgery and I had to be put under. I think that had something to do with it but they won’t admit that.
