Will I still have to wear my knee brace after my tkr
I'm not wearing anything. 4 weeks this Thursday after my op
I didn't have to wear a brace until 6 weeks post op.
Now I have to wear one to help get my leg straight.
Can't wait for the day until I don't have to wear one!

My understanding is to avoid braces use on tkr. The idea being that one needs to strengthen the knee muscles. The brace prevents that from happening. But, of course, it depends on what your doc says.
Depends on what professional tells you to do i guess
