As of yesterday when I,push off my left knee as in going up stairs it is extremely painful
Is it worth a bandage while its acute or shall i just leave it alone

I would be tempted to go to my GP.......then see what he says.
I sometimes wear an ankle support when my ankle is sore.......just over the counter.

im having the same issue. My right kneecap is swollen, hurts to bend or staigthen, makes cracking/popping sound, and hurts to go up and down stairs. go see a orthopedic
i'm having issues too with my right beaue it hurts to bend or staghten and going up stairs. It also seems like it is swollen and crunching sound
so my right knee is numb should i be worried
