2 yrs out from knee replacement. Having discomfort periodically in knee when walking. Anyone else experience this?
Wendy I'm almost 2 years out now and get twinges from time to time when walking. There's no doubt I've put on some weight since the op so walking is a bit more difficult than before. I used to be so fit just wish I could walk without this discomfort. I keep trying, Best of luck to you,
Yea, I’m afraid that’s mine too. Just stinks. I keep trying to lose the weight.
Yes, daily. I believe it's muscles, ligaments and tendons acting up. See a physio. Mine says my inner quads have not been exercised correctly. Also my knee cap on right knee is moving. It's a long battle however at least I CAN walk!
