does anyone get knumb hand wjile laying down ? like all the time ? at night sleeping and laying down on my phone i do have anxiety and have done for years but never had this .. ive had it about 6 months or so
Yes i get that alot. Usually find I’ve cleansed my fist into a ball and because its numb i have to unpick my fingers to get it to open. Get pins ans needles in my arm ls alot lying down too and pain in my shoulder blade.

What do you mean by saying that you are laying down on your phone? I hope you at least have it on airplane mode?

If you are using your phone, it is likely due to your arms being bent. If you are overweight or wearing heavy-weight clothing, this could exasperate the problem.
