so i noticed these bumps on me im not sure if its ingrown hair or herpes plz help !

These are molluscum contagiosum (Google), a viral STD. Fairly easy to treat but I suggest you and your partner get screened for other STDs at the next available opportunity.

it looks filled with clear fluid. Not sure but it could be herpes vesicles.

I have MC on my genital region as well (female) and there are about 4 in different places but I cant go to the doctors right now. Can you please advise the best treatment to get rid of them/stop the spread? I’m REALLY afraid of it spreading, thanks so much
