Do you find that your anxiety is much higher when you are due or on your period? I suffer with health anxiety & the past few months when I am on my period my anxiety is really bad. I am on 100mg sertraline which I upped from 75mg 2 weeks ago so I am hoping that my new level will even out & be of a help to me. Just wondered if any ladies suffer the same? x
Yes I do a couple of days before my period and during 
omg YeS IM ON DAY 2 and just woke up with a strange breast feeling thats going through my neck and thats all it takes im a mess and riddled with anxiety
ive got health anxiety as well any sensation is all it takes to trigger it!!
hi, yes im he same i feel a definate drop in mood the week before every month and wonder why in stressed or anxious then when i realise im due on this is a releif. strange isnt it how finely tuned our bodies are xx
