has anyone tried lady care a magnet that attatches to your under ware apparentley it helps with symptoms of menopause ie hot flushes.

I tried it a couple of years ago but I never really saw a difference in how I felt. If anything, I felt like it increased my anxiety plus I didn’t stick with it for too long, excuse the pun. Lol.

i have been wearing one for few years but you have to change it yearly it helped me with my flushes , moods , stomach issues etc very expensive at boots £35 give it a go no harm in trying

I tried it and it didnt work for me. Never saw any improvement in my symptoms.

i know hun its really difficult times for us all i am feeling terrible at monent like you hot flushes
consipation cant sleep the list goes on :confused:
